Homemade Skinny Queso
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
160g fat free cheddar
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
1 can rotel
60 g fat free cream cheese
Put in pan rotel on med-high heat
wisk in ff cream cheese and almond milk until well blended
slowly wisk in shredded cheese and greek yogurt
wisk until all shredded cheese is melted
Serve into 4 bowls 160g each and there ya go homemade queso!! I use these baked tostadas in the picture for chips the macros are way better than chips!!
